Falafel Patties

Falafel patties

1 ½ C sprouted garbanzo
1 C sprouted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 C fresh  cilantro chopped
¼ C shoyu or celtic sea salt
½ C tahini
2 T fresh parsley
½ C chopped onion
½ C squeezed lemon juice
½ C olive oil
1 ½ tsp. curry  –  or as much as you like
1 ½ tsp. cumin
2 t sun dried lime —- or fresh squeezed

Combine all ingredients in food processor or Vitamix — place on solid dehydrator sheets – dry @ 90 F for 12 – 16 hours or until dry enough for your desired taste.  Shape to your desire or deep fry.
