Lazy Stuffed Cabbage

2 lbs. Organic Ground Turkey or Beef
2 large onions diced
4 stalks of celery diced
1 large red pepper
4 large tomatoes diced
1 large head of cabbage
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Brown ground turkey with onion and celery. Put all ingredients into the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with your favorite salad or bread. Don’t be afraid to add any other veggies you might like.
